July 3, 2008 - Women's Group: Eating for Beauty and Energy
Time: 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Location: Rosendale Cost: $550 for the series (10 sessions total), which includes materials fees Do you have sweet, salty, or chocolate cravings daily? Are you noticing changes in your body and energy level that you are not happy about? Are you "too busy" to take good care of yourself? This workshop is for you! Location: Kingston Farmers Market on Wall Street in Kingston Cost: Free The purpose of the Healthy Eating Series is to educate the community about the nutritional value of the local produce found at the farmers market, and how to incorporate these foods into their daily diet. July 15, 2008 - Cooking Class: Farm to Table
Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: Rosendale Cost: $65 We walk out into the fields with the farmer, harvest our vegetables, then head into the kitchen for a hands on cooking class. At the end of each class, we sit around the table to chat and enjoy the fruits of our labor- a delicious, freshly prepared dinner! July 17, 2008 - Women's Group: Eating for Beauty and Energy
